SCAM
Okay so I’m sure many of you know I’m gullible, but really I’m a good person who always looks for the good in other people. And today. I got SCAMMED at work. I can’t believe it! An older man in a suit walked in, very flustered. He tried telling me this sob story that his car is parked closeby and he locked his keys in the car, and he needed to get a cab to get his spare key from his wife- very elaborate story. Anyway, he asked me to help him pay for a cab- and he needed $23 for it. I looked him over, and thought that he looked like an honest guy. And he said, I’ll leave my phone here just so you know I’m legit. Anyway. Yes ANYWAY. I felt sorry for him. I gave him the money. He gave me the phone and walked off.
I opened the phone and found it was a vodaphone display phone. Not a real phone at all. SCAMMED. I was ready to run after him, but I can’t just leave the depot unattended. I can’t believe it. I feel like such an ass. I’m just hoping that BAD KARMA will catch up this a-hole, and make his life miserable. Can you believe it? I’m so crushed.
