I keep meaning to post more, but then I get caught up in life. How did that happen?? Well I guess it’s more that my work is taking over my life at the moment. I love it but it’s time consuming or all encompassing. My brain can only take so much!!
Well lets see, I’ve learned about poi; eaten at the fishmarket and listening to jazz on a thursday night; watched storms chase each other outside my window; participated in the hippy loving earth fest jamboree last weekend (sky towers lights went out!); walked along the beautiful north beach cliffs a five minute walk from where I live; gone to the french market on a sunday morning (la cigale); possibly found a new place downtown to crash at when I’m in the city (yay!); am possibly helping out on another fantastic crowded house show (backstage of course); and attending the premiere of 7 Worlds Collide here in AKL on the 15th! So I guess things are happening… but you know how it is when you’re NOT traveling- time speeds up. Can’t believe it’s already APRIL!!!
Other than that, I’ve been watching loads of docos- tyson, madhot ballroom, metallica, murderball and gained a new appreciation for good editing. I hope it’s going to pay off when this film is finished.
