Editor havoc
So I think I’ve learned my lesson with Final Cut Pro, I’m going back to AVID after this project. It’s just not a program that’s meant to do large projects, and be able to media manage at the same time. Grrrr.
On other fronts- I went to Christchurch a few weeks back and I just had my birthday last weekend! I can’t believe it’s already May. Things are moving along with the project but really slowly. We’re trying to cut it down to 90 minutes and everything feels important. And making sure the director feels like the film is still what she envisioned it to be. PLUS I applied for an extension to my visa. Yes I really want to go to San Fran for summer, but I would feel terrible leaving without finishing. One of the many things that bug me- not finishing.
